Himpunan risalah ini mendokumentasikan proses legislasi terkait penyampaian hasil kajian Bapemperda terhadap 4 (empat) Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) Inisiatif DPRD Kabupaten Soppeng. Dasar utama rangkaian rapat ini adalah hasil kerja Bapemperda yang dituangkan dalam Surat Nomor: 15/BAPEM.DPRD/X/2025 tanggal 13 Oktober 2025. Dokumen ini disusun untuk memberikan gambaran kronologis dan yuridis mengenai pemenuhan tahapan formil sesuai Tata Tertib DPRD, guna memastikan bahwa Ranperda tentang RPPLH 2025-2055, Penanggulangan Bencana, Ekonomi Kreatif, dan SPBE telah dikaji secara mendalam sebelum dilanjutkan ke tahap pembahasan bersama Pemerintah Daerah.
